We aim at achieving project success with large and small implementations in time and on budget by applying efficient methods that will exceed your expectations. For that reason, we chose to use the Sure Step Implementation Methodology by Microsoft. The methodology is comprised of rules and tools that provide guidance through the implementation of the ERP system.
Sure Step Methodology is performed in five main phases:
Phase 1: Analysis
The stage of analysis always begins with a kick-off meeting with our client to thoroughly discuss the project. The meeting is then followed by an analysis workshop as well as the creation of a functional requirements document (FRD) and a Fit-Gap.
Phase 2: Design
The design phase is our time to create the project following the client’s requirements identified during the Analysis Phase.
Phase 3: Development
During Phase 3, our aim is to set up and test the system. The functionalities set in Phase 1 and Phase 2 are further developed and expanded. At the end of the Development Phase, the process of data migration is also performed.
Phase 4: Deployment
The Deployment Phase consists of the final changes before the transition such as End User Training, User Acceptance Testing, and Import of Opening Balances.
Phase 5: Go Live
After the project officially goes live, we as suppliers provide instructions and support service. We ensure on-site or online assistance in the first days of the project launch as well as in the first month of closing.
