The Fleet management/Auto module utilizes the standard functionality of Business Central for registration and tracking of costs for vehicles and provides following functional and accounting features.
Functional features:
- Registering and maintaining of company’s vehicles park
- Monitoring of important expiration dates (exp. certificates, insurance policies, etc.)
- Registering of fuel cards for gas stations
- Tracking of information for daily trips and km traveled
- Registering of claims, incidents and damages on the vehicles
- Registering of vehicle service items and spare parts
- Notifications for urgent actions – leasing and insurance expiration, oil, winter and summer tires change etc. and reports for vehicles
Accounting features:
- Integration with Fixed Assets and dimensions
- Registering and controlling of fuel costs . Importing of invoices for fuel consumption per vehicle from gas stations and creation of purchase invoices
- Tracking and registering of vehicle’s insurance. Integration with FA G/L Journals
- Registration of service costs for vehicles. Automating creation of purchase invoices
- Monthly fuel allocation based on consumption rates
