In 2019, NRA in Bulgaria developed changes in Ordinance No N-18 of 13.12.2006 on registration and reporting through fiscal devices of sales in trade sites. The change affects requirements to software for sales management and new requirements to the persons and companies who carry out sales through electronic shop.
The new fiscal regulation that need serious modification in all sales management software and business system, including ERP like Microsoft Dynamics and LS Retail.
NRA will monitor any monetary payment in real time, implementing new regulation for cash registers and fiscal printers.
All companies using sales management software, business management systems with sales module (like all ERP customers) - whether or not they are registered under the VAT - must declare that software they use is compliant with the regulatory requirements. They also need to change or modify their fiscal devices by January 31, 2020.
From 1 February 2020, fiscal vouchers issued by the ESFS should also contain data on the amount of VAT, excise duty, purchase and sale price of fuels in each cash receipt ant to be fully integrated with sales management software.
